Our goal is to provide a high-quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented this cancellation policy.
For cancellations a 48hr minimum notice is required and appreciated so someone else may take the space & time.
Last minute cancellations, less than 24hr notice of your appointment, you will incur a 50% charge of the intended treatment.
If you are a ‘No Show’ you will incur a 100% charge of the intended treatment.
Prepaid appointments can only be rescheduled and can NOT be cancelled or refunded.
If you find yourself unexpectedly unwell on the day of your treatment, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Fees may be waived under exceptional circumstances.
All deposits for workshops are non-refundable. In some circumstance’s deposits may be transferred to future workshops if more than 2 weeks’ notice is given.

When cancelling via email, your appointment is not considered cancelled until you have received a reply from us.
